The process

Four steps, all aligned.

The Estate World keeps members, partners and franchises on the same page — no silent hand-offs, no unverified promises.

  1. Step 1

    Browse & Show Interest

    PanFreedom members explore approved projects across cities and tap Show Interest on the ones that fit.

  2. Step 2

    Partner Follows Up

    The local partner assigned to that project reaches out — site visit, pricing, negotiation.

  3. Step 3

    Deal Closes, Admin Verifies

    When a deal closes, the franchise submits evidence (booking, receipts). Admin verifies.

  4. Step 4

    PV & Commission Recorded

    PV is credited to the member. Commission is credited to the city franchise. Configurable rules.
